Lake Square Mall, now Via Port Florida, was purchased by Via Properties in September of 2014 and since that time has undergone many renovation projects, including the addition of a beautiful fountain in the center court, tile replacement in the food court, painting of the entire interior and the frontage of the exterior, lighting upgrade, tile replacement, restroom renovation and the addition of a new family restroom and many other projects.
