Come workout with PFX Staff this summer! Small groups with the focus of challenging the athlete and stepping out of their comfort zone! As athletes, they cannot be afraid to fail. They have to become comfortable with being uncomfortable.

One hour of fast paced drills, tons of reps. Invest on the little things, and you will see big results! Only 6 players per session.
