Located equal distance between the Sanford and Orlando Airports and just 45 minutes from Legends Way Ballfields in Leesburg, Florida, Sleepy Hollow Sports Complex is Lake County’s best kept softball secret. Just 15 minutes from The Villages, you will find that playing ball at Sleepy Hollow Sports Complex is a celebration of softball like no other. With newly renovated fields (in 2014) and plenty of space to warm up and hang out, Sleepy Hollow is sure to be on your list of favorite softball sites in Florida.
There is plenty of parking at Sleepy Hollow on site. We ask that you please park along the north side of the parking lot (closest to the baseball fields) to leave the parking close to the quad and Fields 5 and 6 available for spectators.
Participant Entrance & Credentials.
All teams will be issued passes for their Coaches, Players, other team personnel (e.g., SID, AD, Scorekeeper), and VIPs for entrance to all the parks. Access can be denied without having the proper passes. Credentials will be provided to your team at check in.
Credentials will be issued and checked at the main gate of the complex while driving into the park. The Site Supervisor will be at the main gate with your credentials. There are entrances to Fields 5 and 6 to the left after you enter the main parking lot and two entrances into the quad (one on the west side of the park next to the soccer fields and the other on the north side of the park facing the baseball fields).
Water and Ice.
Water coolers will be in each dugout at each complex. Teams must supply their own cups or bottles. Ice for injuries will be located in a cooler next to the concession stand; you will need to supply your own bags.
There are no showers available at this complex.
There is a large gazebo near Fields 5 and 6. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are men’s and women’s restrooms in the center building of the quad and at the restroom building near Fields 5 and 6 (by the gazebo).
Designated Warm-Up Areas.
Warm Up locations at Sleepy Hollow will be between the temporary and permanent outfield fences of the quad. Please do not use the baseball or soccer fields for warm-ups.

Power Sources and Wireless Internet
Fields 1-4: Power is located behind each backstop at the SID table. Note: these tables are not covered.
Field 5-6: Power is located behind each backstop at the SID tent.
Wi-Fi is not available for public use. Generally speaking, guests at Sleepy Hollow tend to be able to use their own personal “hot spots” for wireless internet.
